they look like fish hanging off a fishing pole. as the shade in my garden has increased in density and other plants have been squeezing out my few plants of sea oats, the precious seed heads are becoming more scarce. i guess i better propagate before it disappears entirely.
lots of weeding and thinning out in the garden today.
everything is getting so monsterous.
but i look around, and even with all the weeds, i think how happy the garden makes me feel.
how can you not feel fabulous when peonies and roses are in bloom?
take a deep breath and soak in the scent.
